Canada's visa stamping from other country

As, VFS in India are temporarily closed due to COVIN-19 and there is no news when the VFS will be starting again. This is a very challenging situation for us.
I am currently in Toronto and my wife and daughter are in India.
Can we get the visa stamping done on my wife's and daughter's passport from Dubai? Please suggest!

I believe others have tried and it's not possible. Join discussions in the Visitors section of the forum assuming you are asking about TRV / OWP stamping.

I have called & checked with VFS Dubai, as per them it depends on what mentioned on your PPR letter...my spouse got it done in Dubai without any challenges as it was mentioned in her letter, any VAC near you..no restrictions was mentioned. it is a walk-in for passport submission..call VFA Canada & enquire before taking any actions...FYI. my spouse is having a Dubai residence visa but no one asked about it

In general one can get it done anywhere in the world. But first one has to get to that other country (ie have a visa) and he ready to remain as long as it takes,which can be four weeks.
