I called them today also and they told me the same thing.
I just tell them I can't sign in, loop issues, and they tell me everything lol.
I think for people who applied between May 10th-May 20th it'll either be this week or next.

Hey guys, finally got my PGWP approved.
Applied from Ontario.
Timeline:
May 2 - Submission confirmation.
June 1 - WP has been approved (Final decision - approved).
Now I'm waiting for the instructions message to show up from IRCC.

I Applied on May 2nd received approval today.
This was last week, all they said was everything looks good, waiting for review by officer.
When you called, did they ask when was the last time you called with regards to this app?
