I was able to speak with IRCC agent today, but informed me as file is processing at NDVO. They don’t have any access.

Anyone know how to reach NDVO.

Yeah you can order them even if you have a rep. You’ll need the principal applicant to complete a consent form: https://www.canada.ca/content/dam/ircc/migration/ircc/english/pdf/kits/forms/imm5744e.pdf

Same situation here. I do not know how to contact NDVO. I did not get much of a response with webforms. I am waiting since Feb for NDVO for PPR.
