Try to send them an email instead of the Webform. I think it will be more efficient and solve the problem directly from their side. Because they are the ones who finalize your application now. IRCC hotline/Webform is separate from the portal, they cannot do anything because another unit(VLU, etc.) has taken over the cases. The Federal Parts is done from AR-DM. Hope that helps.

Did you check on the portal, either your address accepted by ircc or not . Sorry buddy its a long wait , is there anybody who can help him if you know what can he do
Hey dhaiwat7, I got my first one on May 24th and replied immediately and resent the email on May 27th. I got my credentials today around 3pm. You will get yours soon.
How IRCC is handling all this is just a gong show. They don’t respect nor have an idea of what a fair queue is. They reward people for applying later, whilst, “because of COVID-19”, many lives have to be put on pause for more than half a year solely for their inadequacy.
I am sometimes sorely disappointed in Canada, honestly. I wonder if all of this struggle and mental torment will be worth it in the end just for the sake of living here.
First, I think he can contact them with emails, remember to put on a proper title. If not, it might go to spam folders.(IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca), see if he gets any replies. Usually, Officers reply to emails quite often.
Second, I think he can check the portal regularly to see if there is any update, you will receive an email if that happens.
Sorry, there is not a lot that you could do. But I hope you can receive the letter soon. (The longest I have seen is 2 months wait for the E-COPR.)
Last but not least, do something that makes you happy, so you are not so focusing on "date counting" because waiting with no accurate day is really pained on the butt.
BTW, after you have received your E-COPR, "IF" there is some info error. Contact the office immediately to see if you need to apply for the amendment. ( I wish that never happen, finger cross.)
I just check the processing time for the first PR card. The website says it can take 120 days.

Please try the methods I have provided, and see if that works.
Also, tell them that, since May 8th, you already have your credentials. It might be as simple as a glitch, like accessibility issues.
I hope that they can offer some help to you, and solve your problem.
Believe in yourself. There must be some kind of reasons that makes you want to stay in Canada and apply for PR. Since you have already move your first step here, it is too late to call for withdrawal(in the final process). I think every step you have done previously counts, so everything will be worth at the end. Let's have some more patience and faith, although they let you down a dozen times.
Hi Dkd@1018, Congrats. If you received the first email from IRCC, Reply to their questions and choose option A or B. They should be the one who creates your profiles.
"A new account should only be created if you are starting a new permanent residence application using this portal. If you are only using this portal to confirm your permanent resident status and receive your permanent resident card, IRCC will create an account for you and email you your username and temporary password. For more details on the confirmation process, visit the permanent residence confirmation".
