My NOC is 6311, I have done my Biometric on 21st February 2021. I have summited all the documents including medical police clearance. I lived in Dubai but applied from India because processing time was only 8 weeks from India. Now days covid hits badly in India, if you could let me know. What will happen now.

What is your question exactly? You wait for a response to your application. Work permit processing can take many months. Assume you are still in India.

I would like know that how long it will take to approve work permit from India. I have LMIA already. At the moment I am living in Dubai UAE.

Honestly no one can tell you because of current COVID conditions. Processing times have increased again and are no longer 8 weeks. Is your NOC essential? Those are being prioritized.

Estimated times that are posted are often incorrect. 8 weeks from India seems much faster than actually times unless you fall under GSS. Covid has had a huge impact on the food service industry so there are many who are unemployed. Did your employer get approved for an LMIA recently?

Yes, I got LMIA approval January 2021 recently.

What do you mean you got approved. The employer must approve and pay for an LMIA and they are the ones who get approved or denied.

I didn't apply by myself, representative from Canada doing all the process for me. And I spend penalty of money as well. I am hoping for best because I m doing everything for my family.

What do you mean you spent money? Just on the cost of the work permit, right? Where is this job as a food supervisor?

If you need to spend any money on top of a normal visa, it may be a spam/fake job.

If the agent is in Canada I think it is a criminal act versus a spam/fake. If you are paying the agent and business to hire you all 3 of you are committing a crime. If caught all three of you will be in trouble including you losing your WP.

Your employer needs an LMIA and you need to apply for a WP if the employer's LMIA is approved.
