Hello, i have a closed work permit and need to change employer. The company which is ready to hire is newly registered and going to start work on 1st july. Is is possible for me to work for them and get the change in work permit?

You have a closed work permit that's tied to that employer. If you want to change employer, that new company needs to apply for a new closed work permit including the LMIA for you.
