Study permit refusal unfounded, please advice :(

Consequences as in what I didn’t work during that time so can you explain like what I will face

You were in Canada for extended periods on a study permit and you weren't studying or registered at school. You really didn't work during that period?? Okay.

Can we go back to why your study permit extension was refused? You still haven't told us what exactly the refusal letter said.

Your Timelines:

You were refused in September 2020
You went out of Status September 2020
You applied Restoration January 2021 ( over 90days after went out of status )
You left Canada Feb 2021

May be the question will be, you were out of status for 4 months and you did not apply restoration within that time, but you did so after 4months.... Will there be any consequences on your EE and eventually PR once selected????

I applied for restoration in September 2020 and got back home in feb 2021

You don't need gcms notes, unless you want to reapply your SP. why would you need notes for while you are taking Economic program stream? matter fact this thread should move to EE forum.

They've moved it there, but clearly aren't telling the people over there the whole story of their woes .

I don’t know I was not able to study because I was homesick and plus studied after a 3year gap studying was hard for me

What a mess and so confused...my head hurts. Did you even inform IRCC of all these school changes and have a valid study permit for the whole time?

Yes i did have a valid study permit and informed ircc also

So what is the problem if you graduated while your permit was valid. All these posts for nothing.
