I got the portal email today from Vancouver VO. Things are moving fast after CB01126.

Eligibility Review REquired by case analyst which needs an officer's review (and then approval). Criminality in progress, Security not started.

Was your file also transferred to Etobicoke?
Eligibility was started at Etobicoke or at the different office? How long your file is at Etobicoke and was anything touched for your since you there?

It was in Ottawa and then transferred to Etobicoke. No idea when it was transferred and the last time someone did something was back in last Oct when my bio was updated as "completed". The W18283 has never opened my file. Medical expired.

Etobicoke office is currently closed due to province shut down, one of my friend's agents received the explain email from them. And they said they are not working in the office. Just need more time to wait.
I don't know why more applications transfer to this office even though they also have a lot of backlogs.

They should be working from home. I guess almost every IRCC agents already adapted to covid and working from home. That’s my understanding.

I was not even assigned to the officer yet. My file is just assigned to RC-3236 which is Etobicoke office.
