Things are slowly moving

I sent mine on Feb 21st and didn't get an AOR, so I sent a webform asking them if they even received it, and here is their reply:
"
Thank you for contacting Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).

We have verified the information you provided and can confirm that we received your application. It will be processed according to the date it was received.



When you submit an application to IRCC, verifications are made to ensure that the online application is complete and ready for review, which means that you have:

• Answered all of the questions on the form, and
• Submitted all the necessary documents.

Once we have verified that the application is complete, you will receive an acknowledgement of receipt. At the moment, we are unable to provide delays for how long this verification will take."

I submitted a webform asking for the status of my online application but they couldn't locate my application. Instead the agent asked for an application number. Does online application have a number?

I have applied online in February and still waiting for AOR. I have requested ATIP documents on the online app and backlog. I should have received it back in April, but they requested an extension and I should receive them in June. I will be sharing the documents once I have them.

Not yet, the deadline is June 10th after the initial extension. I will keep this thread posted once I receive them.

Applied online on January 4, 2021. Got my AOR today, June 1.

one of my close friend who had applied on Paper in Feb 2020 had his interview today. He had applied online for his wife last month in April. I had requested him to ask the interviewer about online applications and how are they being processed. So the interviewer answered him that - Online application AOR would normally take 4-5 months at least. But good news that the interviewer shared is "Online process has now been streamlined".

If you guys have any friends and relatives who has upcoming interviews coming up, please request them to ask questions about online so that we can hear some responses from CIC folks..

I get this everytime I visit the page, so is it now open to everyone and not just for those who receive an invite??

Hi all. September 2020 applicant here. My background verification has been completed since March 2nd. I am based in Calgary, AB and I think that office is fast asleep! I do not see any movement in the earlier months of 2020 applicants. I am a patient person though,

Hey guys. I just noticed that some people uploaded the stamped pages of their passports in their application. I submitted my online application on Feb and it was only requesting for the bio page of the passport not anything else though. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?
