Does anyone know the number I should call to speak with an agent. My husband and I submitted our application September 9TH 2020 and we haven’t received any more updates after medical exams passed and biometrics accepted in November 2020. We are in BC and we don’t know our VO

I didn't get portal. I had to just ship it but the copr letter that u get has the specifications.

Option A, full name,UCI, e-mail, date of original entry to canada, last entry date to canada and port of entry.

I called them, they said they added a note on my file but I havent received anything yet, not sure when they will get back to me with correct landing email.

I believe they will send you an email to notify you if something changes...... I am not sure if this helps any....

It will be on the portal and an email notification will also be sent once it is available in the portal. You can download your e-COPR from the portal.
