You don't need any authorization letter to get stamping done in India. If you have received passport request, you can get it stamped from any IRCC office around the world. You just have to be physically and legally present in that country where you are getting your stamping done.

Don't send your passport across International boundaries using courier/mailing services, as it may have bad consequences. Please get your stamping done in India or any other country where you can be physically present.

There is no definite answer to this. Though providing employment letter is helpful but you can always try with whatever documents you have.

It will be on the portal and an email notification will also be sent once it is available in the portal. You can download your e-COPR from the portal.

If you have received e-COPR via the new portal, just send an email to IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca and they will correct the e-COPR. My e-COPR had incorrect information and I reported via email. The new e-COPR was uploaded by landing office in ~4 hours.
