Do you mean when you are applying for PGWP? If you submit an application for SOWP extension with your PGWP application, you don’t need a job. But if you apply for SOWP extension after getting your PGWP, then yes you need a job because you need to attach at least 3 months of pay stub.Hi Guys,
Does anyone have to extend their spouse’s open work permit? Do you know if you need to be working full time to be able to apply?
Yes. I applied for PGWP on May 12. I am working part time in an NOC B job. 20 hours only. Can I apply for my husband’s extension now or do I have to wait until I get more than 30 hours along with the PGWP?Do you mean when you are applying for PGWP? As far as I know, since you already lodged your application, then you need to provide 3 months of pay stub. I’m not sure, though, if that 3 months should be full time.
