No I did not. It said we will request medical if needed.

When I checked my portal it shows " WE ARE REVIEWING ELIGIBILITY " but medical was not updated yet.
In India, Most of time they were update our medical first and then after eligibility starts but in my case it is totally different.

Is there anyone who are facing same situation ???

my reply was for anyone who is trying for SDS from outside india.

SDS eligibility requirement is that the person should be in India while applying. lying on your current place of residence, will cause ban.

what if your status in the country of residence is temporary? I mean you don’t have work authorization nor are you a PR or a citizen? What if you are just a dependent but your permanent address and everything is your home country?Then can you apply through SDS?

No. They need you to reside in the home country(sds eligible) at the time you lodge your files to be eligible to apply under sds.
