What is your VO? Mine is Etobicoke, replied to first email on May 10th but still waiting for credentials. Some other people on the forum are also waiting for some time. At least one person created the profile themselves and found their PR confirmation tab already there. Perhaps you want to try creating your profile yourself? I'm thinking for some reason credential emails from Etobicoke are getting delayed or lost.

Update , PR card got approved on the IRCC portal , it says it should take up to six weeks to arrive . How long does it usually take to arrive from history and experience

I got mine in 10 days after approval back in March 2021.

I have already created it by myself by mistake, I am checking it in every hour . Did not get confirmation tab

Got my second email yesterday. Uploaded Photo and confirmed address. Got COPR today. VO is Etobicoke

That's super fast. I'm not an expert though, so I can't answer your question about if it affects Citizenship. You can definitely double-check with IRCC Call Centre.
