ECAS still says that it is not in progress. But now the status tracker says it is in progress since April 23, 2021. So I'm guessing that, since they transitioned over to new tracker status before ECAS updated to say in process, maybe the ECAS tracker will never be updated?!?

For now I added this info in comments. Let's see if it changes to In Process on ECAS as well.
