No, you could use both options. When you click on email results, only then you get the result via email. The file that was saved in you computer when you clicked print is the same what you would have gotten in email. Check your downloads section and you should be able to find the result.
Yeah there is another button to send to email. You need to click on it before closing the window to send you a copy to your email. Don't worry, I forgot to click on it as well.
I missed to click on email option and clicked on print and it saved that result on my desktop.I am bit relieved that i am not only one who did that. So Do IRCC will have my results ??even though i did not received email, just curious.
Only was is to call and ask. But give it a week or 2 so they can validate the results.
Some forum members mentioned that it's better to wait for your "test window" closing date, add a week or so and to call to IRCC to check with an agent about the results. So, before this new tracker people did see delays of test results. I suppose this is what you are experiencing now.
That's great. Did you click on 'send email' after your test? I didn't. I wonder if that's the reason for status update delay on the new system
Neither I clicked on email , instead i clicked on print ,and that saved my result on my desktop, Even i am worried for this too, but read in the threads above, that many of us missed to click on email .I will be creating my account on new link very soon to see status of my application .Thanks for sharing the link.
Man, I was excited I closed the damn browser after I saw the green text that I passed. No worries. Once you submit it’s transferred. Worried still, call IRCC and they will tell you the good news.
My husband clicked the send email button as well after his test, and took the test and got 20/20 on April 22 and his status in the new system still says in progress. So not sure why this would be
