hi, im new in this portal stage.
last night i just replied the email of IRCC-Calgary asking the UCI, last and original entry dates and location.
how long they will respond nowadays?

I did, yesterday around 11am EST, uploaded almost few minutes later and waiting for COPR now. Calgary VO

do we need to send a photo in the email ?

Hi all, I received an email from IRCC asking email address date of original entry, date of last entry. I provided information the next day. Does anyone know how long will it take to get portal credentials after providing this information? Its been 3 days for me so far no update.

No you dont! Wait till they email you back with credentials. For me I replied Friday, received credentials on tuesday

My PR card application got approved yesterday. They have mentioned your PR card has sent to you and you will receive it in 4 weeks. Anybody with the same status?

In my case, it says up to 6 weeks.
Do not know why it takes so long to receive a letter.
