Yeah the new ECAS seems a lot nicer and more updates. It would have been nice if they introduced this earlier, so that we could followed the application as each step progressed. Pretty Cool.

July 2019 it was paper. Online was late 2020.

Just checked my application on the new system and it shows:

Citizenship Test - Completed
Background verification - Complete
Physical presence / language skills / prohibitions - In Progress

The new system is great! I'm not worried about the last 3 items being in progress since I'm fluently bilingual in French / English (British native) I've never been in trouble with the law and my fingerprints were submitted in September 2020 and physical presence is fine because I would not have gotten this far without that requirement being met so hopefully the oath invite isn't far away now

I just checked the new ecas only thing completed is the Background verification and nothing else. I don't know why my application is very behind, one of my friends said because I travelled to much thats why!!!!

For whatever's worth, I haven't travelled at all in my eligibility period and still I'm in the same boat: only background verification is complete. My test was canceled last year due to COVID and that's it...

Hello,
I see Decision Made on my ECAS website today, so I signed up on the citizenship application tracker website (https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en). I see all of the steps listed have been completed except Ceremony, but the status still says in progress here. During my interview, I was informed that there was nothing else they needed from me. I am guessing this just means my application has been approved, and I wait for the Oath letter now.

Physical presence / language skills / prohibitions - In Progress
Background verification - Complete
Citizenship Test - Not started

They have removed the application received date! Which was May 10th, 2019 in the old system

And have Jul 25,2019 as
" Application filed
We have received your application and have begun to process your application. Information about the next steps and required action items will be coming soon"

Anyone in the same situation? Do it means my application will be finalized in Jul 2021 now?

In my case everything is in Progress. Not a single item Completed. I am also a July 2019 applicant!

That's the good thing about getting interview invitation, I was hoping to get one as my timeline is similar with yours but I didn't get any invitation until now. status still in progress.

The new tracker replaced the old ecas. The new tracker has removed decision made, all applications pending oath invite, is in progress

Just logged in to the new ECAS site, and to my surprise, it says "expect an email soon with the test invite for May 14th"(haven't yet received the mail though).
The old site just had the "in process" status for me for a long time. Finally glad to see some movement after almost 2 years...

New site has a different URL. Not ecas anymore.

The new tracker replaced the old ecas. The new tracker has removed decision made, all applications pending oath invite, is in progress
