Is it mandatory to submit “ Supplementary Travel form - IMM 5562” for spouse who is with me in application even if she doesn't travel anywhere other than country of residence ????

I am wondering if I can change my employer or not

you can change however you have to inform BC PNP and IRCC about it (if you are the principal applicant on the file). It will all be mentioned on your conditions of nomination letter.

Today my application status reached at 91% , 60days left but till date no MR. 4times ghost updated happened but nothing change. Waiting for GC notes which I applied on 15april 2021.

You can certainly change your job.
I was on open work permit and changed my job after sending my application to Sydney office. Province does not recommend that but if you have good reasons like better job or problem with current job there’s no issue with changing jobs. Go ahead!

also make sure your PNP was not closed with your current employer if it is then you can not change

Yes you have to notify your province and cic about that . Make sure you choose another job with same Noc code .

Do you know how I can figure out if my nomination is closed to employer or not.
There is my employer name on my nomination
But in the section employer restriction it says No

I am MPNP single outland applicant . AOR 16/01/2020. Biometric also done just Waiting for medical request.
