I have one question, hope someone who has similar experience gives me suggestions
I don't have any restrictions on my employer and I recently get the new job with the same NOC.
Should I need to upload the new job into Schedule A (personal history) and send through Webform to IRCC?
OR I just wait for them to request me, like ADR after I receive my AOR?

the day you receive your AOR , just send right after.

I got AINP under AOS.
AR- 3rd Sept 2020
AOR-29 April 2021
My work permit expires on 9th Aug 2021.

Yes you have to notify your province and cic about that . Make sure you choose another job with same Noc code .

I am on open work permit as the spouse of an international student.
I got BC nomination and I sent my application in october to Sydney. Still waiting for AOR.
I am wondering if I can change my employer or not

Security takes around 3 months

You will get soon maybe end of July or august for sure . Criminality takes long time but in your case it’s started earlier.
