I think being a contractor is self-employment know? IRCC said self-employed can't apply. But I might be wrong.
No - not necessarily. Many contractors have taxes withdrawn by their employers and receive T4s in which case they are not self-employed.

Is there anyone here that thinks their application is 100% perfect?
For me the biggest worry is the "Proof of entry and current status". I just provided my PGWP because the guide said provide your most recent work permit. Not sure what's gonna happen.

Also i didn't have a medical and PCC so I submitted a lot of evidence of my applications for both, so I hope they accept it. Other than that, I think I was mostly fine.

Hey guys, having a problem: when I enter my bank card info and then click submit - it keeps saying "The transaction has been declined." I tried all my cards and my gf cards too. Nothing works. ANy suggestions?

I put my study permit along with a passport stamp by CBSA and my boarding pass for proof of entry.

PCC and Medical are admissibility not eligibility. If they do go forward with your app then they will request those to finalize. I only submitted my PCC receipt without the Proof of Effort letter because of some issues with merging the files. Hoping I will get my PCC soon and will be able to upload it asap!

Does your card have a withdrawal limit? Most cards have a limit of $1k a day and you will have to call your bank and tell them to increase the limit to $2k or whatever because you want to make an online purchase and they will do it for you then and there.
