I think they will have more info eventually. I think they probably weren't sure how many people would apply in a day so difficult to predict processing times before hand or even before the stream is filled. For all we know they won't even start processing these this month.

Yes but I am assuming you didn't have to do a medical when you got the work permit. I think workers' permit != PGWP in this context. That's why I am ASSUMING we will have to have an upfront medical done.
