You can call for temporary file number. They will aso just basic information like name, uci number and DOB . If available they will give you temporary file number. If temporary file number is not available that means your envelope is still in mailing room .

Hello There,

My Background check started after my BIO done last week. Still I didn't receive Medical Request ? is the process or will I get medical request during my Background check ?
