As per the current scenarios for inland applicants who are receiving DM and COPR, the PAL releases before the DM. Sone people get it and some don't. It can be changed as I am just providing the information based on the cases we have been watching in the threads. Also, some people also got it earlier before they get Medical Request. Yes. They do but it depends again. Usually one month for sure. My friend who passed his medical recently submitted his e-medical sheets via webform and he got response after 1 month.Web form taking 1 month to get reply now a days right ... hope so they pass medical soon
