I didn’t get any email from them, I saw the post in ircc website just like what they recently post that it is closed for 2021. That’s all. They cannot even find my application for 5 months because it’s not yet in the system. All i know is the courier sent it there and they took it.

so application you sent in 2020 after quota closes and now the same application is being accepted in 2021, correct????

Can you please where did you get your AOR? Did you get it on your provided email id ?? Or on your home address ?
The other question did you apply from inside Canada or outside Canada?

I have a consultant in Vancouver and the temporary AOR was directly sent to him via email then he forwarded it to me. I applied here in Hong Kong.

It took 3 months for me to get my temporary AOR, they only stated that my docs are in queue for review and need to wait for the permanent file number to be emailed, after receiving it, that's the only time I can link my application to online.

I received an email as well containing the same details and my temporary file number. Submitted my file January 6th 2021. Applied outside Canada.

I m not sure but I think after PFN ,we get open work permit first .
