Hi! Just wondering if someone can help me out. I have a couple of questions regarding my notes (received Feb 25, 2021)

Page 1- App Status Reason: Inventory-SPR (meaning?)

Page 2- Paper File
Office: CPC Mississauga
Location: Registry (meaning?)
Hi as per my understanding,
Inventory means : The file is yet to be assigned to an officer to look into, basically it's in queue.
Registry means its the physical file location

@legalfalcon I got a request from a CBSA clerk for an "Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Representative" because I had incorrectly sent the IRCC one, so I wonder if I have to send the form by replying to the clerk or some how send it to the CBSA office. She wasn't very clear on how to submit it and didn't put any links or email addresses to send it to. Would you know it?
Thanks

You have to respond back to the email address from where you received it.

PS: paper screening

It refers to any paper documents pertaining to your application that were obtained, which could be a screening result from RCMP etc.

Got my GCMS notes today and noticed some new things since last GCMS:
Changed from: Meds pending to: Ready for PS
Second page have S21 on the upper right corner.
Some new blank pages with saying "History" which are blank and have above it S.12(1)
Any advice ?
