Thanks man

Nope, the letter was not old. I guess they wanted the signature on the letter which was missing, so I asked them to get it signed this time. I do not know whether they got call or not.
Thank you.

Hi @legalfalcon
I was given 2 ADRs by IRCC, job duties letter from previous employer and RCMP check. I uploaded both the documents and was stating 'we are reviewing ADRs you provided' and today it changed to 'Not Applicable'.
Can you please share some opinion why does it say 'not applicable'?
Regards.

When you upload the ADRs it will change to NA, after the documents have been reviewed and added to you file. It simply indicates that the documents have been received and reviewed. If IRCC needs anything else, you will be informed of the same.

You can instead get a letter from a college, former or current, and provide a LoE and submit the officer letter, T4s, pay stubs, NOA etc.

But you will need to provide a work reference letter with job duties, form your employer or form anyone who is aware of your job duties. Other requirements can be met with secondary documents.

My manager is willing to sign the documents. He is good at that . Should i put his title and his contact information? Also will there be a problem why I didn’t signed my owner rather than manager?

Any person who is authorised by the company can provide you with the work reference letter.

As per IRCC:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

  • a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
    • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
    • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

So that means supervisor or manager can sign this letter too right?
