I received COPR.. and it has the validity till November 2021. No, we cannot travel.. as I have big watermark stamp on COPR that ‘Not Valid For Travel’.

I dont know exactly. But maybe if you are the primary applicant, this could be the reason. As I read it before too, one of the partner got the RCMP Check, other did not. But not sure exactly.

Yes, definitely you will get it soon then. As I submitted my RCMP on April 14th, on April 30th , I got the RCMP Check in my mail. And today I got COPR. So stay positive, you are almost there.
