I have been asking this question for a very long time. From what I came to know is that it's not needed for them to be added under IMM 8000 but we will need to add them under Family form.

If my spouse is already a Canadian citizen do they still need to fill out separate forms on my application in the additional family information or common law forms? I dont think so right? I just have to include their info in my application for PR and thats it right?

Hi all sorry im not sure if this is the right place but i just wanted to ask for the new pathway to pr i have work in subway restaurant as cashier and i have got job experience letter but everything that is written on website of cic for cashier duties the owner wrote the same thing exactly on the letter will that cause a problem?
Please if somebody can help

Actually these are the 3 streams. It appears that cashiers are eligible provided they meet other requirements.

1. Workers in Canada, Stream A – Health care workers (20,000 applications);
2. Workers in Canada, Stream B – Other essential workers (30,000 applications);
3. International graduates (40,000 applications)

Stream B: For temporary residents with work experience in one of the other essential occupations listed in Annex B. Can be combination of Annex A and B occupations.

1- We're not supposed to pay upfront, so if you've already paid, IRCC might make you pay upon submitting (like EE). Refunds might take months too.

2- There's another meeting tomorrow, this makes me think that 2 days away from stream opening day they still have NO IDEA about how this whole thing will work.

3- Overall, many people are pissed off at how this new pathway is being handled (no information, hoarding info until the last moment...)

Well, if they can't get it in, then they can ask for a refund so it's not a huge problem. I don't see why paying in advance would not be in our interest, unless we need the money for something else.

IRCC has said dont pay using the payment portal, I suspect the payment will be part of the application, the application will not allow you to attach a previous receipt and proceed you will need to pay on the day. Sort of like any ecommerce website does. The payment in the portal could be there for those who need to apply on paper i.e with disabilities.
