Should be okay. I’m assuming the responsibilities didn’t change in those 3 designations? If yes, maybe worth emphasizing that in those 3 designations mentioned above, that the roles and responsibilities are the same, as it wasn’t clear in the above. Or you can list them down so it’s easier to follow. Adding NOC in the letter is not required but up to you.@NOC98 :

M started as a Technical Support Specialist (NOC code – 2282), where his hourly salary was $XX, and in April 1st 2020 (?) he moved on to Technical Support Specialist - Overnights (NOC code – 2282), where his salary was $XX, and in May 1st he was promoted to Technical Support Specialist Overnights - Rare (NOC code – 2282) where his salary is $XX.
In every role he is paid on the 15th and last day of each month and is scheduled for 40 hours per week. He is part of our Customer Care team in Y, Ontario.
The following are his duties and responsibilities for the three above mentioned job designations:

Please and thank you
1 year = 52 weeks, 2 years would be 104 weeks? Are you sure about this as cic doesn’t have that much elaboration on their website. It shows only 15 hours example
Thanks, responsibilities didnt change when I went overnight but after the promotion, responsibilities were added on top of what I was already doing as TSS. How would I suggest I state this?Should be okay. I’m assuming the responsibilities didn’t change in those 3 designations? JOB designation A (1 April YYYY - xx MM YYYY)
Job designation B (xx MM YYY - xx MM YYYY)
Job designation C (xx MM YYY - present)
His roles and responsibilities are:
- Aaa
- Bbb
If there are differences, might as well split it per job designation. Arrange it from the most recent to the oldest. It would be easier on the reader’s eyes. Thanks, responsibilities didnt change when I went overnight but after the promotion, responsibilities were added on top of what I was already doing as TSS. This is just me. I got promoted same as you and my new list of duties had overlaps with my previous role so my reference letter repeated the roles and responsibilities for both new and old roles, instead of saying “all duties from role xx”.@NOC98
Thank for the feedback, I hope this does it, unless you can think of something else.
