Oct 28 I don't even have AOR yetAny Oct applicants get PPR or decision made ?
I am extremely very sorry for my question.Oct 28 I don't even have AOR yet
do you have any issue that could impact sponsorship approval? such as sponsor doesn’t meet ROHi , We got the AOR in mid march and after that there has been no update at all regarding SA/Bio/ Medical . Anybody else in similar situation ? This is getting a little worrying now.
Applicants from Jan/Feb/Mar 2021 are getting their AORs, SA, Bio/Medical so much sooner. This doesn't look fair at all that applicants from Aug2020 to Oct 2020 have been thrown under the bus.
I am a Canadian citizendo you have any issue that could impact sponsorship approval? such as sponsor doesn’t meet RO
There is no RO to a citizen. Normally see many other cases that SA comes very close to AOR. For your case not sure what else they are evaluating...I am a Canadian citizen , have a decent income also. I was stuck in India last year for 6-7 months immediately after getting married due to lockdown and travel restrictions, needed to get the marriage certificate as well which proved to be a giant PITA . Don't know if this can create a problem on Residency requirements ??
