I would like to go back to Sept 2020 and slip myself in face for choosing EE. If I was with paper pnp, I would be getting copr in 4 months, which is pretty good....... right now the EE waiting is terrible, people applying inland are waiting from DEC 2019, and a lot of people from Mar 2020, April 2020, May 2020 are complaining. I can't think of getting copr anytime soon.......

CEC average time before COVID was 8 months and they are now getting it in 2-4 months. So you can either expect nothing or everything from IRCC
COVID is their excuse. Someone in the thread already mention that CRS's said that IRCC is only processing CEC. They are not processing PNP Inland applicants!
NOT 100% RIGHT. Some of my friends are stuck on their paper PNP too. You can't knowledge how does IRCC running its work. Like we buy the lotto tickets. Always by luck.
