BC PNP nominated. Nov'2020 paper based application sent. No AOR yet ? Anyone in the same boat ? How long from temporary file number to AOR ???

I agree with you. Its very frustrating too. The PNP program is JOB dependent and we cant leave any jobs until unless we receive the COPR. The IRCC is not giving any importance to PNP paper based applications.

You also write to minister and inform this issue and request to process PNP paper based INLAND applicants within 6 months. I think we all INLAND PNP paper based applicants would have eligible to apply and get PR under CEC that process within 6 months. But we can do nothing now. Because we have posted our applications. I think if we all request they would consider our reasonable request and process paper based INLAND applications within 6 months. I understand the issue if we lose job corona times we lose everything. we need to tell this to them.

No it’s not mandatory. You can send it later when they ask or you can upload through webform if you have temporary file number.

moreover all PNP paper based applicant must create a WhatsApp group so we can share our view.

if someone agree with us please move forward and support each other so that our process become faster.

Its mandatory if mentioned in check list, in my case there was a requirement of original PCC which I sent along with application, however if pcc is not ready on time due to covid-19, u can send explanation along with application.

Not true. If you read checklist see it says you may send your application without pcc . We may ask you later when your processing begans.

You can send it through webform and also if you have AOR, write letter of explanation and send it to case processing centre through express post.
