HI Everyone My concern is about WES Evaluation, As all the universities and colleges are closed in Delhi, India. I was wondering do we need WES evaluation for this new program. My IELTS is booked for 20th May in Toronto and I have submitted my PCC and my medical is next week. My major concern is WES at this point. Also are we able to apply under both essential worker category and recent graduate category or just one application.
We probably won't need WES evaluations for foreign credentials. For the graduate stream, they just want to see that we received Canadian credentials.

Also, yes, you can apply for both streams but you have to pay for each application (so you'll be paying twice if you apply to both).

You can apply to both the programs, paying the due fees obviously, but please consider that many people do not have so many chances to apply for a PR and you will reduce the number of available spots.

Exactly this! If you are eligible for multiple streams, why do you want to apply to all when you can just apply to one and keep the other spots for people who really need it?

Dude your application won't be processed faster and you'll take a spot from someone who needs it. If you want to apply for CEC or PNP after applying for this, you can, but two applications under the same category is just greedy.

Canada PCC isn't required. They will ask you if it's needed and this usually happens when your name is the same as someone with a criminal background.
Yup, if you have a common name/last name they're more likely to request it. Since the massive CEC draw back in February RCMP certificates take quite a while to process and since I have a common last name, I decided to request one upfront and potentially save 2-3 weeks of processing time.

I just got the regular one from Toronto Police, total cost 20 bucks. It is not requested but having a unique name in Canada, I did it, hoping to make the process quicker.

Did you get this PCC while you were still in the country or after you left? If its after you left, it should be valid until you go back for another 6 months.

Hi Sorry everyone I do not want to apply multiple application as I just want to do under essential category. I do not intent to take anyone else spot I know there are only limited spots. still my concern is over WES evaluation, I did two years of post grad diploma from Canada and bachelors from India.
