I called them last week and after 8 mins of press this and press that, the call BOT advised me that due the agents being busy, it is unable to transfer me to anyone and thanked me for my patience and understanding and then casually hung up. True rewarding experience for sure!How do we even talk to an agent now? I can't find an option for citizenship on IRCC's helpline number. Pressing 0 or 9 doesn't work anymore.
