Hello, I applied for trv for my spouse and today she did her biometric, at the same time, IRCC sent her an email to pay for biometrics for the permanent residence applicaiton. does she need to give again biometrics ? what should i do?
Honestly the most efficient would likely be to pay the biometrics fee and hope it will be refunded (probably will).
Otherwise you might spend weeks - possibly many - getting a human to recognize the issue and deal with it.
So I'd pay it and send a webform at about the same time. Ymmv.

Hi Guys I recently received a email from CIC stating that my police certificate was expired and i needed to send them a new one.
They gave me three options in which 1 was through my CIC online account.
I Just linked my account but i cannot find any upload option to upload the police certificate. Any help would be great Thanks.

AOR1 received yesterday! Sept 16th application. Looks like they are sending more out again. Hang in there everyone.
