Awating the BOWP to be approved, but still no medical passed (AOR FSW-Inland: Jan 15th, 2021)

Same here. Medical is still pending although all my dependents already “passed” their medical.

I got my medical passed 2 days ago. But I haven't submit my BOWP application yet.

did anyone receive temporary work-permit extension letter after applying for BOWP? Can we apply SIN and OHIP (Ontario heath card) extention with this temporary work-permit extension letter?

It’s not a problem if you apply on your own, using your IRCC account. It’s a separate application anyways.

There is no way to expedite the process as such. If you have tried calling, sending webforms etc. then you can request your GCMS notes and see where it is stuck, However, the GCMS notes will take at least 30 days, if they are not delayed. So instead of requesting the GCMS notes from IRCC, you can consider requesting them CBSA.

Many applications are currently delayed and this is just because no one worked on the application.

@legalfalcon I've still not received my BOWP. I ordered the CBSA notes.

Secondary Office: Ottawa
App Status: Open
App Status Reason: In Progress-CP

Under Assessments section:
Everything is blank, except Criminality and Info Sharing, which are In-Progress.
Counterfoil Req: N

It has 14 notes in total.
note 1: latest being on mar-21, requesting nominee certificate.
note 2: req received by local MP on mar-2021.
note 3: name of applicant changed. on dec-2020

Followed by all the doc I had submitted
