STUDY
Hello,

I am a Study Permit applicant (SDS, see timeline below) and I need some clarification on raising a web form to explain the bad quality of fingerprints at the VAC New Delhi (two times!).
During the second time, the officer at the VAC told me that my fingerprints could not be recorded clear, even after trying multiple times, following all "best practices".
I went to consult a dermatologist who gave me a prognosis that it might be because of excessive sweating in my hands.
I wanted to attach the doctor's note with the web form (Visa Office - New Delhi) but I only received an automated response - it has been more than two weeks.
My question/concern is: should I raise another web form with the Visa Office being Canada (Answering No to: Is your application being processed by an office OUTSIDE Canada) ?
What should I do in this situation?

Timeline:
SDS application submitted: September 16, 2020
Biometrics submitted: December 21, 2020
Medicals: passed on January 7, 2021
Repeat Biometrics Collection Letter: January 7, 2021
Biometrics resubmitted: January 15, 2021 (updated in the Applicant Info box but not in the details section under application status)

Any help/advice would be appreciated!

Thanks in advance!

I have the same question regarding webform submission. I got automated email saying the documents can be uploaded after 5 days but I can't see any changes once I login

Any response from IRCC.
Have given biometrics twice. Then finally uploaded a doctor's note through webform in Feb. No updates since. Even called IRCC, they just keep saying that we will let you know if anything else is required. No updates yet. Jan 2021 the classes started and I'm almost into my second semester now. What about you ?

Waiting for a biometric appointment. It was scheduled for 21st April but due to curfew in New Delhi, they cancelled it. Now waiting for another slot once curfew is lifted.
