Hi

If I'm filing sponsorship application as a spouse, how do I fill in the Sponsorship Evaluation and Relationship Questionnaire form that asks if I was previously in a relationship?

Do I need to put here my relationship as common-law with my current husband before we got married?

Unless you were in a common law relationship with your current husband and broke up with him. Then got back together and got married, then that's a "previously in a relationship with him".

Otherwise, if you 2 were in a common law relationship and then got married, it's a current relationship. NO need to put his name there.
Just describe your relationship in other places. (you need to talk about relationship development anyway)
