Hi, In IMM-0008 "consent and declaration of applicant" section, Do we need to write "firstname, Lastname" or "firstname Lastname" (without comma).

Not really. Keep in mind that after AOR the rest of the correspondence goes to the PA or representative. Keep an eye on GKey if you're not already.

I linked it with GCkey before but sponsor linked it to his affiliate bank account, that’s where we got the AOR. With that, I suppose sponsor will get all correspondence. PA monitors thru ecas.
It’s been a month now since aor and nothing else.

they will mail it to the sponsor in Canada or the application outside canada ?
Whichever addres is mention on top of the envelope where the package originated and reached their office.
Saying from personal experience becus they returned mine.

I remember writing FIRST LAST, don't think the comma is a big deal.

In a lot of these declarations (in lease agreements, employment offer letters etc.) they use FIRST LAST without comma.

Yes, that's correct.

The big one is getting your AOR. That means your file is in process and won't be returned. One step at a time. Even before Covid this was a one year process. Stay positive.

Hi.. after completing the medical, do we have to upload the acknowledgment of it?

PPR!

Guys I got the PPR mail an hour back! :D
Really surprised and happy. Frankly I wasn't expecting it to arrive so soon. I thought a best case estimate was July. I noticed a "Decision Made" status on ECAS yesterday (I usually don't follow ECAS, I just check my GC account), I thought it didn't mean anything.

Timeline -
Outland
File received - Sep 23rd
AOR - Feb 13th
Biometric Request - March 15th
Medical Request - March 16th
SA - March 17th
Medical Passed - March 24th
PPR - April 16th
PA - India

All the best guys. Hope all of your applications are approved soon.

Congratulations! Question: on your GCkey account did it still say “processing”background check/review eligibility/final decision when you found out ECAS said “decision made”?
