Can anyone please suggest whether or not Alberta is accepting applicants from express entry even though they do not seem to have any affiliation with Alberta. As per the latest draw of April 6 2021,
200 candidates were given a notification of interest from the province. Are these notifications given to only people who are connected to Alberta?

I believe so, you have to be living and working in Alberta as per their website
