Hello guys,

I applied for my wife's pr on May 24, 2019. It stuck at background check. I tried calling them few times but no response. My wife's post graduation visa is expired. She was supposed to get her pr last year. At the moment she her work visa is expired and we are still waiting for her pr.

Anyone please guide us what can we do?

Try contacting MP's office. I presume you should also look into somehow extending her status in Canada, in case of work visa/pgwp, don't know the process.

Use the internet to find your mp and write or call or visit the constituency office.
