Dependants wait times?

Hello
I was wondering if there is a thread about wait times for dependent children
We are awaiting my husband’s daughter to come live with us now.
She was approved on my husbands PR 3.5 yrs ago, but he wanted to be well secured with work etc before she arrives.

anyone else waiting for their children? Is the avg time to wait long due to covid?

There are threads here entitled 'dependent children', suggest you check in those.

It's not clear from your post the current status - she was approved several years ago but did not come? Have you re-applied for PR for her recently?

I would suggest - particularly if she is a minor - that you apply for TRV for her, that way if approved she would be able to join you in Canada sooner.

I find the search hard to use.
She was on his application as a dependent but did not come.
They did send her the letter, like my husband, at the time to say she was approved.
That was in oct 2017 my husband was approved
We have since applied again for her to come with her mother’s approval.
was just wondering of the typical timeline to sydney and then mexico etc

Thats not our scenario at all..... my spouse is here with PR already.
