Same for me . I called IRCC a week back.

Review of ADR status changes from Reviewing to Not Applicable.
ADR was submitted on Nov 6th.

Called IRCC, heard good news;

Agent mentioned that all stages are passed but yet officially to announce. Will have to wait for updates in account.

1st GU today. Log in today and it showed Application Updated in place of Submitted then went back to submitted again.

I really hope this mean something good.

It was Eligibility: rec passed
Criminality on progress
Security :not started since Feb 8 till I called 2 weeks ago so hopefully this GU is a positive progress.

UPDATE: APPLICATION APPROVED IN PORTAL TODAY (Approval date shows as April 13, 2021). Background Check completed April 1, 2021.

Had two ghost update on last thursday
Called agent this morning

criminality passed
Eligibility from reconmend passed to in review ?
Security not start

really confused now was my eligibility been transfer to local vo for detail review?
My manager has not received any calls from ircc to verify .
Anyone know how long its gonna take for senior officer to review eligibility ?

I think this is good sign. local VO will finalize and send you copr. Hopefully you will hear the good news very soon.
