I read a news that Paper based PR Application is now digital. Here is the official link:

However, I am not able to find any updated information for the same. The instruction guide is still the same paper based application. Please highlight if anyone knows something about this.

Good for you guys who are from Ontario. Did he call to know whether they start assessing eligibility or not before to CIC?
