Can anyone please tell me that does the gc key say profile updated when we pass medical or not ?

On GC Key, you will clearly see on application status that your medical passed today. Also, tomorrow or today your ECAS will tell that medical results have been received. This means you passed your medical.

So is this for medical pass or GU ??

Called IRCC today.
AR: September 2020
AOR: Not yet (I received temporary file number in early March by calling).
Apparently, my criminality is in process before the issuance of AOR.
He said they start criminality first, because this is the longest process.

BC PNP nominated. Nov'2020 paper based application sent. No AOR yet ? Anyone in the same boat ?
How long from temporary file number to AOR ???
I didn't get any update either. I have two questions.
1. why are they transfer file to the local office ?
2. How do I know that they transfer my file ?
