You can call CIC and ask them where your application is being processed

You can check with the Call center or apply for GCMS notes. GCMS notes will take a month so I suggest to check with the call center.

It varies. Just few days to a week+.
Even if there is just one day gap between the invite received date and the start date but you have 3 weeks to complete the test from the start date. So you get at least 3 weeks time.

Congrats. Was it urgent? I passed mine on Mar 26.. this will be a long wait.
