Hi Is there any need to notarize photocopies of prcard and passport before submitting the pr card renewal application ?

Mine says card mailed out on march 23 , but still didnot receive the card . I called IRCC and agent says the card is mailed and wait till may 10 th and then call back . I called Canada Post and they say there might be delays in deliveries now a days due to covid . So not sure where that mail is lost.There are issues / problems at every step
Did it take 2 weeks from the day you sent the photos?
And which visa office did you send the photos and when please?
Can anyone guide as to how to fill a PR renewal form for employment section spent inside and outside of Canada..i became a PR in 2016 but have visited 3 times to Canada for 15 days each.. And then finally in in 2019 completely moved leaving the job in India.. Do I need to fill all for the time spent in Canada as AT HOME prior to 2019 thought I was employed in India, while I was in Canada.. Though it was a just a visit and I did not leave my India job..
