Hi, noooo !!!! i didn't send my h&c application yet, i will send it after around 2 weeks. i hope that i will never send reconsideration request because i want to get approval , i pray to god tht all people will have good decisions

if you been refused less than six months
You can send for reconsideration
If you send a reconsideration right now
your judicial hearing will be more stronger
Then the judge send recommendations too

yeees finally .
I met several lawyers but I wasn't able to hire someone because I didn't really trust them but I finally found a good one.
