Yes. I called IRCC and the agent said my file is processing in Beijing VO.
I haven't gotten AOR2 so I confirmed by phone.

My PA’s ecas changed to descion made but no update on his cic account.
On line 2 it says we stared processing application on March 21, 2021.

Don't worry at all, CIC account(GC KEY) usually doesn't work together with ECAS.
I read so on other threads, I think you got DM and next just wait for PPR!

Roughly how long it takes for Beijing VO to send the decision letter ? I spoke to cic agent and they said on their end the application is still in process ? and they didnt give me an estimate time to get the letter.
